Many institutions use the DreamApply environment or their own admission portal. A single account does not create one national deadline, so every selected programme still needs an individual check.
2. Prepare and confirm
Check the institution's current deadline and document requirements. Programme rules take precedence over general guidance.
3. Continue to the portal
The Apply button opens the central SIT Connect student portal with studyatee, studyinestonia.eu and the selected programme attached. SIT Connect then confirms the correct official submission route.
Information you can trust
Reviewed 2026-08-12 against Study in Estonia / Education and Youth Board, Estonian Police and Border Guard Board. Programme records remain managed centrally in SIT Connect.
